For 20 years, Randall held senior positions in the non-profit sector, where he directed innovative marketing, fundraising and community relations initiatives. Some of the organizations that benefited from his leadership are the American Diabetes Association, the Association for Career and Technical Education, and the Dallas Theater Center. In 1998, he acquired and became President of the Corporate Citizen Group, ten years later, the community relations consultancy changed its name to Elettore. As president of Elettore, Randall has spearheaded corporate philanthropy initiatives, conducted community audits, launched grassroots organizations, and managed the Internet communications campaigns for political candidates and action committees. Corporate clients have included Texas Instruments, Avaya, Lucent, and the Arlington (TX) Chamber of Commerce. His Web-based successes in the political sector have included: the Coalition for Open Government's effort to defeat a "strong mayor" revision of the Dallas City Charter; the Vote No! Dallas and Vote No Save the Trinity campaigns to defeat referenda that would have halted the Dallas' convention center hotel and the Trinity Tollway, respectively; and bond campaigns for Parkland Hospital, the City of Dallas, and the Dallas Independent School District. He has also produced successful campaign websites for U.S. Representative Sam Johnson, Texas State Senator John Carona, Dallas County Commissioner Elba Garcia, Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, and Dallas City Council representatives Ed Oakley, David Neumann, Sheffie Kadane and Ann Margolin.

Jeff possesses 28 years of corporate communication experience, having edited award-winning publications for Southern Methodist University and Diamond Shamrock Corporation. His feature writing has appeared in Texas Monthly and in publications produced by IBM, AT&T, John Deere, Whirlpool Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. His “Writing for the Web” workshops have been used multiple times by State Farm Insurance, JPMorgan Chase and American Century Investments, among other companies. In 2000, he received the highest award bestowed by the Dallas chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators when it named him its Communicator of the Year.

Elly possesses more than 20 years of experience in the field of journalism and business communication. Her online training and communications counsel have taken her to Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and to locations throughout Texas, working with clients such as IBM, Dell Computer, TXU Energy, and Omnicom. In addition to writing features for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Dell Computer's online publication Browser, Elly has taught Web communication at several IBM locations, and served as Webmistress for My Table Magazine, the online version of a Houston-based dining publication.

Julian Conway is principal of Mirasol Proprietary Limited in New South Wales, Australia. Mirasol specializes in customizing open source software for its power, flexibility and affordability. Julian's expertise is with terminal server applications like Sunray® server and Sunray® clients from Sun Microsystems®, as well as the Linux Terminal Server Project. He also specializes in software products like the SugarCRM® customer relations management suite and the Joomla content management system.
David McMullen-Sullivan David McMullen-Sullivan

David McMullen-Sullivan discovered his interest in computer science while performing genetic research on the campus of the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He now has more than 12 years experience in the programming field, as a .NET developer and an SQL server database administrator. He has worked on projects for several Fortune 500 firms, including GE Capital, Frito-Lay, Texas Instruments, GMAC and Sally Beauty Supply. The projects have addressed a range of disciplines, from finance, human resources and health care to public relations and e-commerce. Providing expertise in full-cycle software design and implementation, David year after year has used his broad technical and project-management skills to bring large and small projects to the marketplace on time and on budget.
Phillip White Phillip White
Communication Design and Copywriting Associate
Phillip is a summa cum laude graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design who majored in advertising design and minored in graphic design. Well-educated in design methodology and software proficiency, he excels at print production and immersing himself in any project through completion. His work at SCAD won two gold Scaddy Awards that then won Addys at the local level. In 2009-2010, he was instrumental in producing SCAD's entry in the National Student Advertising Competition which advanced as a national finalist.
